摘要
打造明星艺术博物馆——像毕尔巴鄂古根海姆博物馆这样的当代艺术博物馆,其目的是支持区域经济的复兴。政府期望以文化艺术产业消费来带动城市其他相关产业的发展,通过对后来模仿这一类型项目后期运营效果来看,很多项目并没有达到预期效应,这种现象的出现也引起了社会各方面关注和讨论。通过对欧洲一些城市的艺术博物馆项目进行实际考察,以欧洲和美国一些城市出现的新型现代艺术博物馆为案例,研究“明星艺术博物馆”和“超级明星建筑师”对于城市复兴所带来的优缺点,分析“毕尔巴鄂效应”的成功经验和出现的问题。
The purpose of creating a contemporary art museum like the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao is to support the revival of the regional economy.The government expects to use cultural and artistic industry consumption to drive the development of other related industries in the city.By imitating the later operation effects of this type of project,many projects did not achieve the expected effect.The emergence of this phenomenon has also attracted attention and discussion from all aspects of society.Through actual inspections of art museum projects in some European cities,the new modern art museums in some European and American cities are used as examples to study the advantages and disadvantages of"star art museums"and"superstar architects"for urban regeneration,then analyze the successful experience and problems of the"Bilbao effect".
