摘要
以艺术设计专业学生为对象,对新冠疫情期间线上学习过程中学生的角色认同和学习行为展开调研,分析了角色认同与学习行为的关系和线上学习对学生角色认同与学习成效的影响,并进一步探索了知识生产合作者的师生角色再定位、一主讲+多助教的团队教学模式、跨学科的线上课程建设等线上教学变革手段,以帮助学生实现自我角色的积极认同,激发正向的学习行为。
The role identity and learning behavior of Art Design undergraduates'online learning during the epidemic of COVID-19 are surveyed.After analyzing the relation between the role identity and learning behavior and the influence of online learning on the role identity and learning efficiency,such online teaching reforms as the re-identity of partners in knowledge production between teachers and undergraduates,single speaker+multi-assistants teaching group model and online interdisciplinary-courses construction are explored,in order to help undergraduates identify positive self-role and increase positive learning behaviors.
