探讨土木工程专业人才培养中存在的主要问题,借助CDIO工程教育理念,构建土木工程专业课程体系及实践教学环节。基于CDIO理念的土木工程专业人才培养模式的实施举措主要包括加强项目教学、培养“双师”型教师团队、完善校内外实训场所、加强创新训练和自主学习、建立科学合理的考核评价指标体系等。

This paper discusses the main problems in the training of civil engineering talents,and constructs the curriculum system and practical teaching links of civil engineering specialty with the help of CDIO Engineering education concept.Based on the concept of CDIO,the implementation measures of the training mode of civil engineering professionals mainly include strengthening project teaching,training double teacher team,improving the training places inside and outside the school,strengthening innovation training and independent learning,establishing a scientifi c and reasonable evaluation index system,etc.
