浙江省多式联运发展现状、问题与对策--基于“大通道建设”效率提升的思考

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Multimodal Transportation Development in Zhejiang Province--Based on the Efficiency Promotion of“Grand Passageway Construction”

当前,浙江多式联运发展存在基础设施建设有短板、信息化系统待完善、政府主导作用待加强等问题。应从加大铁路和水路运输建设力度,探索“平台+网格化”信息管理模式,发挥政府主导作用,推进各领域多式联运研究等方面采取措施,以推动公铁水三种运输方式的占比达到4∶1∶5的理想比例,使多式联运发挥提升运输效率和节能降耗的作用,更好地促进浙江经济社会的发展。

Currently,problems still exist in the multimodal transportation development in Zhejiang Province,such as the weaknesses in infrastructure construction,the urgent needs to improve the information system,and to strengthen the government leading function.It is suggested that measures should be taken,including strengthen the construction of railway and waterway transportation,explore the“platform+grid”information management mode,give play to government’s leading function,and promote the research on multimodal transportation in various fields,so as to promote the proportion of three modes of road,rail and water transportation to reach the ideal ratio of 4∶1∶5,and enhance the economic and social development in Zhejiang Province by the improvement of transportation efficiency,energy conservation and consumption reduction as soon as possible.
