乡村文化振兴的现实困境及提升路径研究

乡村文化振兴是实现乡村振兴的灵魂,是国家乡村振兴战略顺利实施的重要前提,也是乡村和农民的精神归宿。改革开放以来,随着工业化和城镇化的快速发展,广大乡村地区面临着人员离乡、离土,与城市文化同化等诸多问题,乡村文化在继承和认同上面临巨大困难,呈现出边缘化和非主流化趋势。打破乡村文化振兴的困境,助力乡村振兴战略已成为当下乡村发展的迫切问题。要实现乡村文化振兴,应该按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总体要求进行乡村文化建设,为乡村文化振兴注入活力。

The revitalization of rural culture is the soul of rural revitalization,an important prerequisite for the smooth implementation of the national strategy of rural revitalization,and a spiritual belonging for the rural life and peasantry.However,since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the vast rural areas have been facing many problems,such as people leaving hometown,leaving the land and urban cultural assimilation.Rural culture faces great difficulties in inheritance and identification,showing a trend of marginalization and non mainstream.It is an urgent problem to break the dilemma of rural cultural revitalization and facilitate the Strategy of“Rural Revitalization”.To realize the revitalization,rural culture shoule be built under the overall requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and wealthy life,which will constantly inject vitality into the revitalization of rural culture.
