摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,我国现行重大疫情防控法治体系暴露出法律规定存在漏洞、配套规定陈旧过时和相关规定落实不到位等问题。鉴此,应从修改重大疫情防控法律法规、坚持依法行政以及加强传染病防治和突发事件应急宣传教育等方面完善该体系。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19,China’s current legal system for major pandemic prevention and control has exposed the problems such as loopholes in legal provisions,outdated supporting provisions,and inadequate implementation of relevant provisions.In view of this,it is necessary to improve the system by revising the laws and regulations on major epidemic prevention and control,adhering to legal administration,and strengthening the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and the publicity and education of emergency response.
