Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of Intelligent Healthcare in China

定量分析当前我国智能医疗发展和政策规范的现状,其不仅数据共享差、研发投入低,还存在法律属性不明、安全监管制度缺位、法律责任分配不清等法律问题。要促进其健康发展,就当加快数据共享和研发投入,正确定位其法律属性,坚持以人为本的发展理念,建立其安全监管的综合机制,完善其法律责任制度。

At present,the quantitative analysis of the current situation of the development and policy norms of intelligent healthcare in China shows that not only the data sharing is poor,the research and development investment is low,and there are also legal problems such as unclear legal attribute,the absence of safety supervision system and unclear legal responsibility distribution.To promote its healthy development,it is necessary to speed up data sharing and r&d investment,correctly position its legal attributes,adhere to the people-oriented development concept,establish its comprehensive safety supervision mechanism,and improve its legal responsibility system.
