摘要
受资金和规模的限制,我国中小型服装企业推行精益生产的比例较低。论文针对目前中小型服装企业现场管理存在的问题进行探究,并从目视管理和6S管理以及管理制度的完善三方面提出了现场管理改善的方案,以达到提升企业竞争力的目的。
Limited by capital and scale,the proportion of lean production in small and medium-sized garment enterprises in China is relatively low.This paper explores the problems existing in the site management of small and medium-sized garment enterprises,and puts forward a scheme for improving the site management from three aspects,including visual management,6S management and the improvement of management system,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
