网络治理是新兴前沿课题之一,治理理论、结构与机制等在网络治理中都非常重要。与自愿或者强制治理相比,网络治理是一种更加复杂的治理结构,其聚焦于信任与协调机制,致力于在信息共享、价值协同等方面培养各组成部分之间的信任度,进而实现多方共赢。

Network governance is one of the emerging frontier topics.Governance theory,structure and mechanism are very important in network governance.Compared with voluntary or compulsory governance,network governance is a more complex governance structure.It focuses on trust and coordination mechanism and strives to cultivate trust among components in information sharing,value coordination and other aspects,so as to achieve a multi-party win-win situation.
