At present,the emergence of PPP mode as a new financing method improves the ratio of private capital in infrastructure projects,which can improve the revenue of projects while reducing government pressure.This paper discusses the risk management measures of infrastructure PPP projects of traffic construction enterprises,hoping to achieve a win-win situation for both public and private parties.
