国有企业是国民经济发展的中流砥柱,同时,也是新时代中国特色社会主义的支柱。论文介绍了国有企业贯彻落实"三重一大"决策制度的重要意义,探讨了决策制度在执行中存在的问题,阐述了制度管理的方法和途径,以期达到科学合理制定制度的目的。

State-owned enterprises are not only the mainstay of national economic development,but also the pillar of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper introduces the important significance of implementing and enforcing the"three importance and one greatness"decision making system in state-owned enterprises,discusses the problems existing in the implementation of the decision making system,and expounds the methods and ways of system management,so as to achieve the purpose of scientific and reasonable formulation of the system.
