摘要
武汉爆发新型疫情且迅速传播全国,对我国经济造成了严重的打击。随着疫情防控基本稳定,我国经济逐步恢复,房地产市场也正在回温。论文立足于购房者角度,经过新冠疫情时期对购房者需求的变化来分析后疫情时期房地产市场的发展趋势,研究发现品牌房地产企业与二、三线城市中高端房地产项目在未来房地产市场具有向好的趋势。
The outbreak of a new epidemic in Wuhan has spread rapidly across the country,which has dealt a severe blow to China’s economy.With the basic stability of epidemic prevention and control,China’s economy has gradually recovered,and the real estate market is also recovering.Based on the perspective of home buyers,this paper analyzes the development trend of the real estate market in the post-epidemic period after the changes in the demand of home buyers,and finds that brand real estate enterprises and middle and high-end real estate projects in second and third-tier cities will have a positive trend in the future real estate market.
