我国小微企业进行良好的财务管理十分必要,信息技术的使用可以提高小微企业财务系统化,并同时启动财务管理的进程。网页插件程序能使财务程序编辑在缓冲区上进行,共享通用数据。通过收集浙江37家小微企业的在线信息反馈,超过一半的小微企业使用网页插件与云计算进行财务管理,但与企业报税系统脱节,相关部门未来应加强开发小微企业财务管理与税收管理并行的信息系统。

It is very necessary for China’s small and micro enterprises to carry out good financial management.The use of information technology can improve the financial systematization of small and micro enterprises and start the financial management process at the same time.The web page plug-in allows financial program editing to take place on a buffer,sharing common data.By collecting online information feedback from 37 small and micro enterprises in Zhejiang Province,more than half of them use web plug-ins and cloud computing for financial management,but they are disconnected from the tax declaration system of enterprises.Relevant departments should strengthen the development of information system for financial management and tax management of small and micro enterprises in the future.
