基于数字新基建的城市运行管理中心建设思路和实践

Thoughts on the construction of urban operation management center based on digital new infrastructure and the practice

针对我国城市治理现代化过程中存在的问题,在中国“新基建”提速、数据被纳入生产要素的背景下,围绕“数字大连”建设目标和要求,深入应用大数据、人工智能等技术,提出以数字新基建为基础的城市运行管理中心建设思路、架构和实施策略,以提升城市治理的现代化水平,为城市数字化建设提供参考。

In view of the problems existing in the process of modernization of urban governance in China,with the speeding up the new infrastructure construction and bringing data into the production factors,focusing on the objectives and requirements of digital Dalian construction,by deeply applying the technologies of big data,artificial intelligence etc.,this paper puts forward the idea,architecture and implementation strategy of urban operation management center construction based on new digital infrastructure,in order to improve the modernization level of urban governance and provide reference for urban digital construction.
