摘要 介绍了硫磺制酸装置典型的熔硫工艺流程,并从工艺流程、设备选型与设计、节能减排等方面提出了熔硫系统的优化建议。硫磺制酸装置设计应在满足生产需求的情况下综合考虑,加强熔硫系统的流程优化和节能减排,在提高液硫质量和降低投资的同时实现绿色生产。 The typical sulphur melting process of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant is introduced,and optimization suggestions for sulphur melting system from process flow,equipment selection and design,energy saving and emission reduction are put forward.The design of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant should be considered comprehensively under the condition of meeting the production demand,strengthen the process optimization and energy saving and emission reduction of sulphur melting system,and realize green production while improving the quality of liquid sulphur and reducing investment.
