摘要
介绍了铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司铜冠冶化公司2套硫铁矿制酸系统转化工序的工艺流程、运行状况及存在的问题,提出了改进措施。通过新增Ⅲb和Ⅳb换热器、调整催化剂的装填量,并对Ⅲb换热器管束下半段进行渗铝处理、一吸塔出口烟气在Ⅳb换热器中改走管程等措施,减少烟气夹带的酸雾对设备的腐蚀,提高换热器的换热面积,提高了转化器一段进口烟气的温度。转化工序优化后,换热器的腐蚀、堵塞等现象明显减少,转化热平衡较好,总转化率达到了99.80%以上。
The process flow,operation status and existing problems of two sets of pyrite based sulphuric acid system in Tongguan Metallurgy-chemistry Branch,Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced,and improvement measures are put forward.By adding newⅢb andⅣb heat exchangers,adjusting the loading amount of catalyst,aluminizing the lower part of the tube bundle of theⅢb heat exchanger,changing the flue gas from the outlet of the first absorber to the tube side of theⅣb heat exchanger,the corrosion of the equipment caused by acid mist carried by the flue gas is reduced,the heat exchange area of the heat exchanger is increased,and the temperature of the flue gas at the inlet of the first section of the converter is increased.After the optimization of the conversion process,the corrosion and blockage of the heat exchanger are obviously reduced,and the heat balance of the conversion is good,and the total conversion rate is more than 99.80%.
