介绍了尾气洗涤系统的常见问题,详细阐述了刷式洗涤器的工作原理、关键部件的技术要求、规格参数和设备特点。刷式洗涤器应用于液态P2O5生产装置含磷尾气排放除尘和浓硫酸装卸站挥发气体洗涤效果显著,含磷尾气中ρ(P2O5)由1 g/m^3降低到小于30 mg/m^3,浓硫酸装卸站挥发气体中硫酸雾(ρ)由5 g/m^3降低到低于10 mg/m^3,实现了超净排放,减少了对环境的污染。刷式洗涤器能够长周期稳定运行,且消耗的洗涤液和产生的二次废液较少,运行成本低,市场前景广阔。
The common problems of off-gas washing system are introduced.The working principle of brush scrubber,the technical requirements of key components,specifications and equipment characteristics are described in detail.The application of brush scrubber in liquid P2O5 production plant has significant effect on dust removal of phosphorus containing off-gas and washing of volatile gas in concentrated sulphuric acid loading and unloading station.Theρ(P2O5)in phosphorus containing off-gas is reduced from 1 g/m^3 to less than 30 mg/m^3,and sulphuric acid mist(ρ)in volatile gas of concentrated sulphuric acid loading and unloading station is reduced from 5 g/m^3 to less than 10 mg/m^3,which realizes ultra clean emission and reduces environmental pollution.The brush scrubber can operate stably for a long period of time,consume less washing liquid,produce less secondary waste liquid,and has low operation cost and broad market prospect.
