摘要
介绍了中国石化集团南京化学工业有限公司硫磺制酸装置对尾气处理进行技术改造及运行实践的情况。通过对常用的尾气脱硫技术和工艺流程方案对比,2套制酸系统共用1套尾气处理装置,采用钠碱法脱硫+两级电除雾脱硫工艺,尾气总流量达到100000 m^3/h,尾气最大小时排放浓度ρ(SO2)<3 mg/m^3,硫酸雾(ρ)为3.23 mg/m^3,满足GB 26132—2010《硫酸工业污染物排放标准》的排放要求。
The technical transformation and operation practice of off-gas treatment in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.are introduced.Through the comparison of common off-gas desulfurization technologies and process flow schemes,two sets of acid production systems share one set of off-gas treatment unit.The desulfurization process with sodium alkali and two-stage electric mist removal is adopted.The total flow of off-gas reaches 100000 m^3/h,the maximum hourly emission concentration of off-gasρ(SO2)<3 mg/m^3,and sulphuric acid mist(ρ)is 3.23 mg/m^3,meeting the requirements of GB 26132-2010 Emission standard of pollutants for sulphuric acid industry.
