摘要
介绍了云南云天化股份有限公司的硫磺制酸装置余热利用及尾气脱硫减排的生产实践情况。针对不同装置状况,采用配套蒸汽发电机、对蒸汽梯级利用、增设低温位热能回收装置、对锅炉除氧和排污产生的乏汽进行回收以及取消开车锅炉等节能技术,装置余热回收率从约75%提高至90%以上,在回收热量和水的同时减少了对环境的热力污染,降低了企业生产运行成本。在尾气减排方面,增设尾气吸收系统,采用氨水吸收尾气中SO2,确保尾气稳定达标排放的同时还可回收脱硫液中的养分氮和硫,使资源得到最大化利用。从节能和减排两个方面完善硫酸生产装置,有利于企业持续发展。
The production practice of waste heat utilization and off-gas desulfurization and emission reduction of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants in Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.,Ltd.are introduced.According to different plant conditions,energy-saving technologies such as matching steam generator,cascade utilization of steam,adding low-temperature thermal energy recovery device,recovering exhaust steam generated by boiler deoxidization and blowdown,and canceling start-up boiler,the waste heat recovery rate of the device is increased from about 75%to more than 90%,which reduces the thermal pollution to the environment while recovering heat and water,and reduces the production and operation cost of the enterprise.In terms of off-gas emission reduction,the off-gas absorption system is added,and ammonia water is used to absorb SO2 in the off-gas,so as to ensure the stable emission of off-gas and recover the nutrient nitrogen and suphfur in the desulphurization liquid,and maximize the utilization of resources.The improvement of sulphuric acid production plant from two aspects of energy saving and emission reduction is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.
