In the process of working in the manufacturing workshop,the cutting tool is an indispensable key tool.The quality of its management and use is closely related to the quality and efficiency of the company's product production.With the demand of industry,the tools used by processing enterprises in the current market can be said to be dazzling,requiring frequent replacement and circulation of enterprises,which poses a greater challenge to item management.Based on this,the online tool setting system was born.The online tool setting management system is a software specially designed for the adjustment function of machine tools.In order to ensure the high quality of the product,the system attaches great importance to the accuracy of the tool setting,and its deviation does not exceed 0.001mm.In this way,it avoids the existence of manual tool setting.Time-consuming and instability have seriously affected the guarantee of production quality.To this end,this article starts with the functional characteristics of the online tool accuracy management system,and discusses the design research of the online tool accuracy management system in depth.
