摘要
阐述了组态软件编程模拟PLC梯形图程序在PLC教学中的可行性与必要性。提出在模拟梯形图时把握周期执行性以面向实时状态控制程序的特点,映射梯形图逻辑表达式到组态编程中以简化模拟编程设计。给出了三个典型组态软件模拟梯形图函数的算法,对组态软件模拟梯形图技术要点进行较为全面的概括。
Describes the feasibility and necessity of configuration software programming to simulate PLC LAD in PLC teaching.It is proposed to grasp the periodic execution when simulating the LAD to face the characteristics of real-time state control program,and to map the logic expression of the LAD to the configuration programming to simplify the simulation programming design.Three typical configuration software simulation LAD function algorithms are given,and the key points of configuration software simulation LADtechnology are comprehensively summarized.
