摘要
精准的继电器电气特性故障定位和诊断,对于保障高速动车组的稳定运行具有重要意义。为了提高继电器检修工作的可靠性,提出了一种基于故障树分析和模式匹配的信号继电器电气特性故障诊断系统。文章以信号继电器为核心展开研究,分析了它的故障特征,提出信号继电器的故障诊断方法,列举实际案例,对信号继电器故障进行分析和排查,根据系统的维修建议进行维修并排除故障,保证检修工作的质量。测试用例结果验证了该系统的正确性和有效性。
Accurate fault location and diagnosis of relay electrical characteristics is of great significance for the stable operation of high-speed train.In order to improve the reliability of relay maintenance,a fault diagnosis system based on fault tree analysis and pattern matching is proposed.This paper takes signal relay as the core to carry out research,analyzes its fault characteristics,puts forward fault diagnosis methods of signal relay,enumerates actual cases,analyzes and investigates signal relay fault,carries out maintenance suggestions according to system maintenance suggestions,eliminates faults,and ensures the quality of maintenance work.The test results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the system.
