摘要 使用锁相环集成芯片为核心设计频率合成器,以解决无线电通信系统需要多个频率源的问题。使用变容二极管压控振荡器、锁相环集成芯片MC145146、RC有源比例积分滤波器实现锁相环路,结合电源部分、频率设置部分和输出部分,可产生多个稳定的频率信号。 To solve the problem that radio communication system needs multiple sources with different frequencies,the frequency synthesizer is designed based on Phase Locked Loop(PLL)integrated chip.The PLL circuit is realized by using the PLL integrated chip MC145146,RC active proportional integral filter and variable capacitance diode VCO.Multiple stable signals with different frequencies are generated by the cooperation of the PLL circuit,the power supply part,the frequency setting part and the output part.
