摘要
OECD组织及其成员国围绕“提高教师教育质量”颁布了一系列教师教育改革政策,对各国的教师教育发展产生了较大影响。通过对OECD组织及其成员国教师教育政策的梳理,发现近十年来OECD教师教育政策主要聚焦于教师知识和技能的提升、选拔和招募优质教师、教师教育课程开发与革新、教师专业发展的持续性、同僚协作学习、教师评价及区域教师均衡发展等议题,体现出目标多元性、利益主体多样性、以项目运行方式生成教师教育政策及政策制定注重实际情况等特征,对于我国教师教育政策的改革创新具有一定的启示和借鉴作用。
OECD and its member states have promulgated a series of teacher education reform policies around"improving the quality of teacher education",which has a great impact on the development of Teacher Education in various countries.Based on the analysis of OECD and its member countries’teacher education policies,it is found that in the past ten years,OECD teacher education policies mainly focus on the improvement of teachers’knowledge and skills,the selection and recruitment of high-quality teachers,the development and innovation of teacher education curriculum,the sustainability of teachers’professional development,peer collaborative learning,teacher evaluation and regional teacher balanced development.It reflects the characteristics of multiple objectives,diversity of stakeholders,generation of teacher education policy by project operation mode and policy-making focusing on"evidence".It has certain enlightenment and reference for the reform and innovation of teacher education policy in China.
