摘要 为提升10 kV电压时间型柱上开关的可靠性,保障配电网系统的运行安全及供电质量,对配电网10 kV电压时间型柱上开关开展性能测试的必要性进行论述,对10 kV柱上开关的电压与时间配合逻辑、控制策略及相关闭锁进行可行性与正确性研究,并制定了10 kV电压时间型柱上开关可靠性提升技术方案。 In order to improve the reliability of the 10 kV voltage time-type pole switch and ensure the operation safety and power supply quality of the distribution grid system,the necessity of the performance test of the 10 kV voltage time-type pole switch of the distribution network was discussed.The feasibility and correctness of the voltage and time coordination logic,control strategy and phase close lock of the 10 kV pole switch were studied,and a technical plan for improving the reliability of the 10 kV voltage time pole switch was formulated.
