摘要
针对海上油气田采用岸电供电的要求,整合了海上变电站、陆上开关站、陆上集控中心的监控,设计了一体化监控系统,实现对海上变电站和陆上开关站的监视和控制。从体系架构、功能要求、数据处理及安全分区对一体化监控方案进行阐述,有效整合了综合自动化、辅助应用等多个子系统,构成综合性的管理系统,实现了海上变电站的无人值守和陆上开关站的少人值守。该系统的实施可有效降低岸电应用的运营成本,达到可靠、经济、合理的智能化要求,为海上油气田的岸电成功应用奠定基础。
In response to the requirement for offshore oil and gas fields to use shore power supply,the monitoring of offshore substations,onshore switchyards,and onshore centralized control centers were integrated,and an integrated monitoring system was set up to realize the monitoring and control of offshore substations and onshore switchyards.From the architecture,functional requirements,data processing and security partition,the integrated monitoring scheme was designed.The integrated automation,auxiliary application and other subsystems were effectively integrated to form a comprehensive management system,which realized the unattended offshore substation and the less attended land switch station.The implementation of this system could effectively reduce the operating cost of shore power applications,meet the requirements of reliable,economical and reasonable intelligence,and lay the foundation for the successful application of shore power in offshore oil and gas fields.
