摘要
基于带电安装柱上隔离开关存在的实际问题,参考现有绝缘杆作业法带电作业项目资料,开发了一体式隔离开关绝缘护套、绝缘护套安装操作杆及相关技术规程在内的一整套利用绝缘杆作业法带电加装10 kV柱上隔离开关绝缘护套的技术方案。该技术方案解决了绝缘手套作业法带电加装绝缘护套安全距离不足易引发人身事故和绝缘斗臂车受地理位置限制无法到达作业地点,导致无法为隔离开关加装绝缘护套的问题,能有效减少隔离开关故障率,提高配电网安全运行稳定性。
Based on the actual problems of the isolation switch on the live installation pole,referring to the existing insulation pole operation method live operation project data,a complete set of technical scheme for installing the insulating sheath of 10kV pole mounted disconnector by using the insulating pole working method was developed,including the integrated disconnector insulating sheath,insulating sheath installation operating rod and relevant technical regulations.This technical solution solves the problem that insufficient safety distance can easily lead to personal accidents and the insulated bucket cannot reach the work site due to geographical restrictions,resulting in the inability to install an insulating sheath for the isolating switch.The failure rate of disconnector was reduced and the safe operation stability of distribution network was improved.
