使用偏移估算法对热继电器进行准确整定

摘要 针对使用环境等因素引起双金属片式热继电器时间-电流特性偏移后的调整,提出了偏移估算法。对热继电器特性曲线进行简化,利用幂函数方程拟合特性曲线,使用偏移估算法计算出适当的偏移量,使调整后的值接近原特性的值。该方法的算法简单、结果检验准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好,但存在一定误差,优点在于填补了热继电器在准确整定方面的技术空白,值得工程技术人员使用推广。 Aiming at the adjustment of the time-current characteristics of the bimetal thermal relay caused by the use environment and other factors,an offset estimation method was proposed.The characteristic curve of thermal relay was simplified,the characteristic curve was fitted by power function equation,and the deviation estimation method was used to calculate the appropriate deviation,so that the adjusted value was close to the original characteristic value.This method had the advantages of simple algorithm,accurate result inspection,high sensitivity and good stability,but also had some errors.The innovation was to fill the technical gap in accurate setting of thermal relay,which was worthy of being used and popularized by engineers and technicians.
