氢气点火器功率计算替代直接测温试验研究

摘要 AP1000核电厂氢气点火器通电加热时,要求短时间内其表面温度达到926.7℃以上。基于对某核电机组氢气点火器定期试验的分析,结合点火器现场安装位置不利于直接测温的情况,建立功率与温度分析模型。通过试验室和现场数据测量,验证了分析模型的正确性,并得出了满足温度设计要求相对应的功率计算限值。利用功率计算替代直接测温,为核电厂氢气点火器测温实践应用提供了一定的参考。 When the hydrogen igniter of AP1000 nuclear power plant is energized and heated,its surface temperature is required to reach 926.7℃or more in a short time.Based on analyses of hydrogen igniter experiment in nuclear power plant and combined the situation that the site installation location of igniter is not conducive to direct temperature measurement,a power and temperature analysis model was established.The correctness of the analysis model was verified through the laboratory and field data measurement,and the corresponding power calculation limits that meet the temperature design requirements were obtained.It was helpful to providing some reference for the practical application of hydrogen igniter temperature measurement in nuclear power plants.
