摘要 当前,继电保护装置改造方案存在受停电方式制约、停电时间需求长、改造成本高等普遍缺点。在电网建设不断加快、优质服务需求强化的背景下,基于原屏方案提出配线转接盒新思路进行继电保护装置改造。阐述了该方案的创新点、实施流程、风险评估管控及成效分析等内容。该方案在试点中取得了改造周期短、效率高、成本低等良好效果,可结合更多类型试点方案验证后加以复制、推广。 At present,the transformation plan of relay protection device has common shortcomings such as restricted by the power outage mode,long power outage time demand,and high transformation cost.Under the background of accelerating the construction of power grid and strengthening the demand for high-quality service,a novel idea of"distribution transfer box"was proposed creatively based on the original screen scheme,and the improvement of relay protection device was realized.The innovation points,implementation process,risk assessment and control and effectiveness analysis of the scheme were discussed.The scheme had achieved good results of short transformation period,high efficiency and low cost in the pilot project,which could be replicated and popularized after verification with more types of pilot schemes.
