摘要
针对一起220 kV变电站GIS母线故障,通过查阅保护动作,开展SF 6气体分解产物、绝缘电阻试验,确定具体故障位置,进而开箱查出支柱绝缘子放电击穿是造成本次故障的直接原因。通过工艺文件及模拟试验证实绝缘子紧固件未按对角循环紧固,在长期电动力的作用下发生内部放电,是本次故障的根本原因。
To a GIS bus fault in 220 kV substation,by checking the relay protection action,carry out SF6 gas decomposition products and insulation resistance tests,the specific fault location was determined.It was found out that the direct cause of the fault was the discharge and electric breakdown of the post insulator.Process documents and simulation tests confirmed that the insulator fasteners were not fastened diagonally,and internal discharge occurred under the action of long-term electric power,which was the root cause of this failure.
