摘要 配电环节在智能电网的建设过程中起着连接电源和用户、承上启下的关键作用,而智能配电网的建设能有效提高供电可靠性、改善电能质量、优化资产利用、提高配电网建设与运行的经济性。阐述了传统配电网的现状,提出了智能配电网监控系统的概念并对智能配电网的架构进行了设计,基于智能监控系统对某局的中压配电线路数据库的建立、停电原因进行分析,为智能监控系统的应用奠定了基础。 The power distribution link plays a key role in the construction process of smart power grid,connecting power supply and users.The construction of smart power distribution network can effectively improve the reliability of power supply,improve power quality,optimize the use of assets,and improve the economy of power distribution network construction and operation.The current situation of traditional distribution network was introduced,the concept of intelligent distribution network monitoring system was put forward and the architecture of intelligent distribution network was designed.Based on the intelligent monitor system,the establishment of medium voltage distribution line database and the cause of power failure were analyzed,which laid a foundation for the application of intelligent monitoring system.
