摘要
电动执行机构应用场合较广,但在70℃以上高温环境中长期使用会损坏。为了满足高温环境应用要求,提出将编码器和信息采集电路板置于机械传动本体并进行耐高温设计,所采集信息转换为RS-485通信信号并远距离输送到控制单元的分体式方案。试验表明,分体式电动执行机构在105℃的高温环境中长期使用性能可靠,信号传输距离达到50 m,解决了高温情况下信号采集不易及远距离传输信号失真的问题。
The electric actuator has a wide range of applications,but it is easy to be damaged when used in the high temperature environment above 70℃for a long time.To adapt the high temperature environment,a split scheme was proposed in which the encoder and the information acquisition circuit board were placed in the mechanical transmission body and designed for high temperature resistance,and the collected information was converted into RS-485 communication signals and transported to the control unit remotely.Tests showed that the split electric actuator had reliable performance in long-term use in a high temperature environment of 105℃,and the signal transmission distance reached 50 m,which solved the problems of difficult signal acquisition under high temperature conditions and signal distortion in long-distance transmission.
