摘要
文章对称重包装机控制系统进行了优化设计。该系统以无锡信捷电气股份有限公司XD3系列PLC为控制核心,选用XD-E2WT-C压力测量模块采集称重数据,用4GBOX网络模块实现称重包装系统的网络化,并用HMI和手机实现称重系统的可视化远程监控。实践表明,在系统中采用提升称重速度、减小称重误差、重新标定称重参数等优化措施,可使称重控制工艺更加合理,大大提升了称重系统的动态处理速度和精度,且将系统数据接入云服务器,可为下一步采用大数据优化系统流程和实现远程维护提供支撑。
The control system of the weighing packaging machine was optimized.The XD3 series PLC of Wuxi Xinjie Electric Co.,Ltd.was used as the control core,the XD-E2WT-C pressure measurement module was selected to collect weighing data,and the 4GBOX network module was used to realize the network of the weighing and packaging system.HMI and mobile phone were used to realize the visual remote monitoring of weighing system.The practice showed that the optimization measures such as increasing the weighing speed,reducing the weighing error and recalibrating the weighing parameters could make the weighing control process more reasonable and greatly improve the dynamic processing speed and precision of the weighing system.
