摘要
气动阀门核电站中的应用十分广泛,不但种类多、数量大、型号多样,而且在核电站系统的运行中发挥着重要的控制和调节作用。气动阀校准传统方法是测量阀门的行程、气缸压力和电子转换器的输出。使用仪器有标准压力表、标准电流信号源、千分表和其他基本测量仪器。气动阀门诊断系统作为核电站不可替代的设备,在运行系统、检测故障和监测数据中起着不可缺少的作用,提高了现代工程的效率,同时为核电站故障检测提供了方便。文章介绍了气动阀门的定义和工作原理,阐述了气动阀门常见的操作方法,并从4个方面探讨了气动阀门诊断系统在核电站运行检测中的具体应用,提出了对海南核电站阀门诊断技术的发展和应用展望。
Pneumatic valves are widely used in nuclear power plants.Not only are there many types,large quantities,and various models,but also play an important role in control and regulation in the operation of nuclear power plant systems.The traditional method of pneumatic valve calibration is to measure the stroke of the valve,cylinder pressure and the output of the electronic converter.The instruments used include standard pressure gauges,standard current signal sources,dial gauges and other basic measuring instruments.As an irreplaceable equipment of nuclear power plant,pneumatic valve diagnosis system plays an indispensable role in operation system,fault detection and monitoring data,which improves the efficiency of modern engineering and provides convenience for fault detection of nuclear power plant.The definition and working principle of pneumatic valvesand the common operating methods of pneumatic valves were introduced.The specific application of pneumatic valve diagnosis system in nuclear power plant operation detection was discussed from four aspects,and the development and application prospects of valve diagnosis technology for Hainan nuclear power plant were proposed.
