超声波相控阵无损探伤技术在水电新能源场站中的应用

摘要 针对水电、风电机组主要部件和结构件的焊缝、高强度螺栓等部位的金属无损探伤检测,提出了超声波相控阵的检测方法。通过分析工作原理,阐述典型金属部件的检测过程,论证了超声波相控阵检测方法是切实可行的,大大提高了水电新能源设备金属监督中的无损探伤检测效率和缺陷的检出正确率,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度。 Aiming at the metal non-destructive detection of welds,high-strength bolts and other parts of the main components and structural parts of hydropower and wind turbines,an ultrasonic phased array detection method was proposed.By analyzing the working principle,the detection process of typical metal parts was described and proved that the ultrasonic phased array detection method was feasible.It greatly improved the efficiency of non-destructive flaw detection and the accuracy of defect detection in the metal supervision of hydropower new energy equipment,and reduced the labor intensity of operators.
