摘要
文章以多批量多品种工业机器人生产线为研究对象,设计开发了以IRB2600工业机器人为核心,三条输送链为周边设备的智能分拣工作站。根据智能分拣流程,搭建了随机生成两种工件的工业机器人仿真平台,设计了机器人与三条输送链的工作站逻辑,并完成了RAPID程序编制和仿真。仿真结果表明,在虚拟仿真软件中,在没有传感器的协助下可借助RobotStudio软件中的Smart组件完成智能分拣工作,为企业降低成本、提高生产效率提供了理论依据。
Taking the production line of multi-batch and multi-variety industrial robots as the research object,an intelligent sorting workstation with IRB2600 industrial robots as the core and three conveyor chains as peripheral equipment was designed and developed.According to the intelligent sorting process,the industrial robot simulation platform of two kinds of workpiece was built,and the two workpiece components,workpiece motion component and dynamic fixture component were randomly generated.The workstation logic of robot and three conveyor chains was designed,and the RAPID programming and simulation were completed.The simulation results showed that in the virtual simulation software,smart components in RobotStudio software can be used to complete intelligent sorting without the assistance of sensors,which provideda theoretical basis for enterprises to reduce costs and improve production efficiency.
