摘要
针对牛从直流从西换流站直流电压测量回路板卡异常的情况,结合现场回路梳理及RTDS仿真,分析出当回路中不同测量板卡异常导致直流电压测量偏高时,直流极保护、极控系统不同的响应策略及动作后果,以便于现场运维人员快速制定相关的处置措施,对相关直流系统的现场运维工作具有借鉴和指导意义。
In view of the abnormal situation of the DC voltage measurement circuit board of the Niucong DC Congxi converter station,combined with circuit check and RTDS(real-time-digital-simulation),the different response strategies and action consequences of DC pole protection and pole control system were analyzed when the DC voltage measurement was too high due to the abnormality of different measuring boards in the circuit in order to facilitate the on-site operation and maintenance personnel to quickly develop relevant disposal measures,which had reference and guiding significance for the on-site operation and maintenance work of relevant DC system.
