摘要
污水源热泵的发展不仅满足了建筑物室内空气温度调节,也符合绿色建筑的发展趋势。但换热表面结垢的问题一直是难点,污垢热阻的不断增加使热泵系统运行参数发生改变,也降低了系统性能。文中基于数学模型,利用MATLAB软件对直接式污水源热泵机组进行了模拟计算,在供热工况下,当污垢厚度由0累积到1mm时,污水侧换热系数下降40%,制热量下降了15.0%,压缩比增加了19.4%,制热cop下降了11.5%。
The development of sewage source heat pump not only satisfies the indoor air temperature regulation of buildings,but also conforms to the development trend of green buildings.However,the problem of fouling on the heat exchange surface has always been a difficult point.The increasing thermal resistance of fouling changes the operating parameters of the heat pump system and also reduces system performance.In this paper,based on the mathematical model,MATLAB software is used to simulate the direct sewage source heat pump unit.Under the heating condition,when the dirt thickness accumulates from 0mm to 1mm,the heat transfer coefficient of sewage side decreases by 40%,the heating capacity decreases by 15.2%,the compression ratio increases by 19.4%,and the heating cop decreases by 11.5%.
