摘要
作为一种节能型和绿色环保产品,PVC复合塑料模板由于具有强度高、可塑性好、施工速度快等突出优点,近年来得到了广泛的应用和发展。文中在总结国内外学者研究的基础上,介绍了PVC复合塑料模板的材料研发、理论分析与施工体系试验研究,总结归纳了目前多个不同支撑体系的相关开发,详细阐述了钢框、铝合金框等配套施工技术方案及施工工法,指出目前PVC复合塑料模板存在的问题和尚未研究的方面,以期为PVC复合塑料模板的进一步发展提供建议和参考。
As an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly product,PVC composite plastic template has been widely used and developed in recent years due to its outstanding advantages such as high strength,good plasticity,and fast construction speed.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this article introduces the material development,theoretical analysis and construction system test research of PVC composite plastic formwork,summarizes the current development of multiple different support systems,and elaborates on the steel frame,aluminum alloy Frames and other supporting construction technical solutions and construction methods.Finally,in order to provide suggestions and references for the further development of PVC composite plastic formwork,the paper points out the current problems and unresearched aspects of PVC composite plastic formwork.
