摘要 综述了抗冲共聚聚丙烯中各组分的数量和结构、组分相容性、乙丙橡胶结构、空间结构、连续相与分散相的熔体黏度比等因素对冲击强度的影响。阐述了通过提高抗冲共聚聚丙烯的乙烯含量来提升冲击强度时,需要兼顾各组分相容性、乙丙橡胶结构、连续相与分散相的熔体黏度比对冲击强度的影响。 The impact strength of impact polypropylene copolymers is affected by the number and types of components,the compatibility of each component,the structure of ethylene propylene rubber,the space structure between the components and the melt viscosity ratio of continuous phase to dispersed phase are reviewed.In addition,the paper explains that when improve the impact strength by increasing the ethylene content of impact copolymer polypropylene,it is necessary to take into account the influence of component compatibility,ethylene propylene rubber structure,melt viscosity ratio of continuous phase and dispersed phase on impact strength.
