我国医用防护服领域的专利现状及发展趋势

Current patents on domestic medical protective clothing and their development trend

目的:分析医用防护服领域中国相关专利的发展现状与趋势。方法:从Patentics专利数据库中检索获得医用防护服领域的中国相关专利,从历年专利申请量、地域和申请人布局、技术主题、法律状态、高价值专利及专利成果转化现状等方面分析中国医用防护服专利的发展态势。结果:该领域的相关专利逐年增加,但在地域分布和申请人布局上较为分散。主要技术主题为防护服的各种防护性能、制成材料和制备方法。专利失效率达42%,失效专利多为实用新型和外观专利。高价值专利数量较少,专利总体成果转化率偏低,企业的专利成果转化率略高于其他类型机构。结论:应加强该领域各研究机构的技术合作与创新,进一步优化市场,同时加大政策扶持和完善产权保障,从而提高整体专利质量,创造更多的高价值专利,提升专利成果转化率。

Objective To analyze the current patents on domestic medical protective clothing and their development trend.Methods The development trend of Patentics-covered patents on domestic medical protective clothing was analyzed in aspects of their annual application number,their distribution in regions,distribution of their applicants,their technology subjects,their legal status,highly-valued patents and transformation of patent achievements.Results The number of patents on domestic medical protective clothing increased year by year,but their distribution in regions and distribution of their applicants were quite dispersive.The main technology subjects were the properties,producing materials and methods of medical protective clothing.The expiration rate of patents on domestic medical protective clothing was 42%and the majority of expiry patents were the practical patents and those with their appearance design stressed.The number of highly-valued patents was relatively small,the total transformation rate of patent achievements was relatively low,and the transformation rate of patent achievements was slightly higher in enterprises than in other institutions.Conclusion Technical cooperation should be strengthened between different institutions with innovation stressed,the markets of patents on medical protective clothing should be further optimized,the policy support should be increased and the protection of property rights should be perfected in order to improve the overall quality of patents,more highly-valued patents should be produced and the transformation rate of patent achievements should be escalated.
