介绍了同济医院图书馆为满足数字信息环境下个性化、立体化和多样化的读者需求,借鉴PDCA循环管理理念,采取了一系列提升信息服务能力的举措,并提出了深度挖掘读者需求、建设高素质的服务团队、倡导全员参与信息服务等完善PDCA循环管理、助力学习型医院建设的策略。

The construction of learning hospital by making use of PDCA cycle management concept and a series of measures taken by our library for improving its information service were described in order to meet the personal,stereoscopic and diversified needs of its readers with some suggestions proposed for learning hospital construction by making use of PDCA cycle management concept,such as deep mining the needs of readers,construction of service teams with a high literacy,and advocacy of whole staff participation in information service.
