摘要
为研究锑胁迫对小麦生长发育的影响,以高抗白粉病的小麦-簇毛麦易位系92R137为试材,采用水培法测定了不同浓度(0、5、10、20、40、80、120、160 mg·L^-1)Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)处理下小麦根长、根鲜重、根干重、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子(O2)含量和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量。结果表明:在锑胁迫下小麦幼苗受到了一定程度的伤害,其根长、根鲜重与根干重均随Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)浓度的升高而表现出先升高后降低的趋势;三种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性均随胁迫浓度的升高呈现先增强再减弱的趋势;MDA、O2和H2O2含量随胁迫浓度升高呈现先升高后下降的趋势。表明小麦根系在锑胁迫下可以通过提高抗氧化酶活性增强其对锑的耐受性,减缓所受伤害。
In order to study the effects of Sb stress on the growth and development of wheat,wheat seedlings under Sb(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅴ)stress with concentration of 0,5,10,20,40,80,120,160 mg·L^-1were used to investigate the changes of the wheat root growth,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA)content,superoxide anion(O2)and hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2).The results showed that the root length,fresh weight and dry weight indicated an upward trend and then a downward trend with the increasing of stress concentration.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT showed an upward trend and then a downward trend with the increasing of stress concentration.The contents of MDA,O2 and H2O2 showed an upward trend and then a downward trend with the increasing of stress concentration.The results showed that antimony stress had a certain toxic effect on the growth of wheat root system.And the antimony tolerance of wheat root system under antimony stress could be enhanced by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzyme and the damage could be alleviated.
