摘要
吉林省高层次人才农村就业规模小、创业少、就业形式单一、流失严重,而且在校生的农村就业意愿较低(33.5%)。个体特征、城乡距离、城乡文化差异、舆论压力以及城市和农村主体各自的优劣势对吉林省高层次人才农村就业意愿的影响十分显著。为促进吉林省高层次人才到农村就业,政府应加强吉林省高层次人才农村就业政策的制定、宣传与评估。同时政府还要结合吉林省乡村振兴战略规划,凸显农村发展的广阔前景。高校应加大引导力度,高层次人才也要积极转变就业观念。
In the rural places,the employment scale of high-level talents is small,the entrepreneurship is rare and the employment form is single,further speaking,the loss of them is serious in Jilin Province.And also the rural employment intention of the students is low(33.5%).There is some significant impacts on the rural employment intention of high-level talents in Jilin Province such as individual characteristics,distance between urban and rural areas,cultural differences between urban and rural areas,pressure of public opinion and the advantages and disadvantages of urban and rural subjects.In order to promote the employment of high-level talents in Jilin Province,the government should strengthen the formulation,propaganda and evaluation of the rural employment policy of high-level talents in Jilin Province.At the same time,the government also should combine the strategic plan of rural revitalization to highlight the broad prospects of rural development.In addition,colleges and universities should strengthen guidance and high-level talents should also actively change the concept of employment.
