物联网技术在鸡肉产品可追溯体系中的应用

Application of Internet of Things Technology in the Traceability System of Chicken Products

随着物联网技术的发展和居民健康意识的提升,人们对食品安全和绿色健康养殖的重视程度越来越高,农产品生产溯源和跟踪管理应用范围越来越广。为了强化鸡肉食品的质量控制和管理,在物联网技术框架下,利用物联网关键技术建立鸡肉产品生产-运输-销售全流程的追溯体系,参考鸡肉产品的国家标准要求,通过RFID标签和传感器获取的实时数据与标准参数对比,实现信息实时查询,并给出食品安全风险预警。基于物联网技术的鸡肉产品溯源的应用,能够有效解决食品安全管理滞后问题,对肉食产品的各环节进行监控和信息共享,保障食品安全。

With the development of Internet of Things Technology and the improvement of residents’health consciousness,people pay more and more attention to food safety and green health breeding.In order to strengthen the quality control and management of chicken products,the traceability system of the whole production-transportation-marketing process of chicken products was established based on the key technology of Internet of Things(IOT).The real-time data obtained by RFID tags and sensors are compared with the standard parameters by setting the index parameters of each link of agricultural product production,so that the information can be queried in real time and the food safety warning can be given.The application of traceability of chicken products based on Internet of Things Technology can effectively solve the problem of lagging food safety management,monitor and share information of every link of meat products,and ensure food safety.
