English Teaching in Application-oriented Colleges under the Model of Flipped Classroom

利用翻转课堂对应用型高校英语教学进行变革,势必会成为教学改革的一项重要举措。本文简述了翻转课堂的内涵,分析了应用型高校英语教学面临的主要问题,阐述了其采用翻转课堂的优势,以及翻转课堂教学模式下的应用型高校英语教学设计,以期为应用型高校英语教学改革提供参考。

Using flipped classroom to transform traditional application-oriented colleges English teaching is bound to become an important measure of education reform.This article briefly describes the connotation of flipped classroom,analyzes the main problems faced by application-oriented colleges English teaching and the advantages of flipped classroom in application-oriented colleges English teaching,and elaborates the design of application-oriented colleges English teaching under the flipped classroom teaching model,hoping to provide some ideas to the reform of English teaching of application-oriented colleges.
