摘要 在采用陆上消防设施对沿岸石油化工企业和沿海码头船舶实施消防作业时,易受道路交通和灭火剂装载量的影响。为有效解决该问题,结合洋浦1200t近海消防船“浦消一号”,通过对现代新型消防船各对外消防系统的功能、组成和设计创新点进行探讨,阐述各对外消防系统装船设计过程中需注意的要点,为后续同类型船的设计提供参考。“浦消一号”消防船的顺利交付是消防船大型化、功能多样化和集中化发展的一个体现,为沿海消防设施的设计提供了新的思路。 The land-based fire-fighting facilities are often affected by the traffic and the loading capacity of the fire extinguishing agent when putting out a fire in coastal petrochemical plants or on the ships at coastal wharves.This paper discusses the function,composition and design innovation of external fire-fighting system for modern fire-fighting ships based on Yang Pu 1200t offshore fire-fighting ship Pu Xiao 1,and elaborates the key points in the installation design of the fire-fighting system to provide reference for the design of subsequent ships of the same type.The successful delivery of Pu Xiao 1 is an embodiment of large-scale,diversified and centralized development of fire-fighting ships,which provides new ideas for the design of coastal fire-fighting facilities.
