结合智能船舶,围绕船舶营运数据,推动航运运营服务体系转型,系统阐述信息化、数字化和智能化的具体内涵及意义。对国内外船舶信息化、数字化和智能化发展的研究现状进行分析,并对航运运营服务体系转型方面的一些具体实践进行总结。结果表明,信息化、数字化和智能化三者结合,能有力推动航运运营服务体系转型。在此基础上,提出未来发展展望。

This paper systematically elaborates the specific connotation and significance of informatization,digitalization and intelligentization based on the smart ships and the operation data to promote the transformation of the shipping operation service system.It introduces the research status of marine informatization,digitalization and intelligentization at home and abroad,and summarizes the practices in the transformation of shipping operation service system.Practice shows that informatization,digitalization and intelligentization can be combined to effectively promote the transformation of shipping operation service system.At this basis,the direction of future development is proposed.
