天山樱桃嫁接亲和的解剖学初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Anatomic Parameters of Cerasus tianschanica Graft Compatibility

天山樱桃是一种极具特色的野生果树,具有很强的抗逆性,本研究以天山樱桃为砧木,通过嫁接壶汗樱桃和山杏,观测其嫁接成活率,嫁接后萌芽和接穗的生长情况,在进一步分析接穗与砧木新梢解剖形态结构和参数的基础上,探讨其嫁接亲和性。初步认为天山樱桃和壶汗樱桃具有较高的嫁接亲和性,山杏次之。

Cerasus tianschanica Pojark was a particular features wild fruit tree has strong environment stress resistance.Using Cerasus tianschanica Pojark as rootstocks,observed grafting survival rate and germination growth condition of scion by grafted Cerasus L.‘kuhan’and Prunus armeniaca.The graft compatibility were discussed on the base of further analysis anatomical structure and anatomic parameters of scion and stock.The result showed that Cerasus tianschanica Pojark and Cerasus L.‘kuhan’had higher graft compatibility than Prunus armeniaca.
